    The Djelfa Power plant, 300 kilometres from Algiers, will feature four gas turbines and two steam turbines in addition to four heat recovery boilers, and will be the largest power plant built by the Duro Felguera to date exceeding 1,250 MW. The project also involves the Balance of Plant systems necessary for the plant operation, such as compressed air, cooling systems, water treatment plant and effluent storage tanks, fuel handling system, electrical and control systems etc. The implementation period of the project is 40 months and will be developed by Duro Felguera under turnkey modality.
